Questions, answeredQuestions
How do I pay, and when do I get access?
By card through Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles tax and receipts. The plan opens in your account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a few seconds.
What is free?
The first unit of the course you choose in the quiz, with all its lessons. No card, no time limit.
What do I lose if I never pay?
Nothing you already have. The free unit stays free, and your streak and progress stay yours. The other units stay locked.
What is the difference between the plans?
Both open every unit of every course. Lifetime is one $5 payment for the first 500 people who pay, and it keeps working for as long as Slux runs, lessons we add later included. Monthly renews each month until you cancel. Once the 500 places are gone, only monthly is left.
What about refunds and cancelling?
Lifetime has nothing to cancel. Monthly you cancel any time from Me, then Manage billing, and keep access until the paid period ends. If it isn't for you, write within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Details are in the Refund Policy.
